Apparently Neil Entwhistle googled "How to kill with a knife" before killing his wife and daughter.

So I'm happy I never considered writing a chapter by that title.  Although if I had I suspect he would have tried whacking them over the head with the hilt while holding the sharp end instead.  And everyone would have been better off for it.
