In fairness, Karl Rove has never shown a really good understanding of the laws in this country.
I think my favorite part is where a former employee claims executive privilege. In Watergate, it was ruled that not even the President is immune to a subpoena, which means, evidently, Karl Rove is above the President in his own dark little mind.
It is really worth your time to read this entire article. It's hysterical and deeply, deeply disturbing.

Both are very interesting articles.
This "administration" makes me sick. I still fail to see how a blow job is somehow more worthy of Impeachment than, say, war crimes, the impediment of Democracy, failure to follow legal precedent, etc etc etc.
I wonder, if the bushies and their new puppet, McCain, get ousted in November, if they'll simply try to force a military state or something.
I wouldn't put it past them.
