Gorgeous day
My allergies have calmed down, it's beautiful outside, and I clearly need a vacation or something.  Used to be I didn't mind being stuck in the office all that much.  Not today.

Good news all around
Three of my favorite shows from last season will have another season: Chuck, Dollhouse, and Fringe.  The latter really paid out after a pretty shaky start.  Also paying out in a big way: Lost.  Causing me actual pain to watch: Heroes.  I might rethink that one next year.

Alas, Life, a brilliant cop show that you will watch one day on DVD and become sad that you neglected it, will not be back for a third season.

Now, off to eat my lunch, and maybe sit on a bench outside and make moaning noises.

Comments:
with an errant schedule and crappy TV service, I've taken to Netflixing Lost on Blu-Ray. So I'm only up through season 4...

I really should stretch it out further, but I get the discs and it's just so engrossing that I sit through and watch 3-4 episodes at a time. I go through the whole season in a few days, it's really sad, because now I'm sitting here waiting – since DECEMBER ALREADY – for the next season, which should be available on netflix.... in december :-( I really should pace myself. It IS getting good, but then again it never fell out of favor with me like it did with you, so hey.

Also, I just got through the "miniseries" version of battlestar Galactica. Interesting thus far. Will have to give it time, see how it stacks up.

Not sure how you managed to suffer through Heroes for this long, though... :-|

I also am very sad that "Life" is going away. I loved that show. Interesting premise and great characters. Great characters...and what happened to the one chick with as much brain as body on tv?

Damn. Any chance of a reprieve? How about cutting out one of the long-running Law & Order shows and letting us keep "Life"?

Or maybe it'll jump channels, like 'Medium" that is going to CBS I hear.
Or one of the cable channels..."Life" was quirky enough to make it on a cable station.
