1: She won't come when called We are assuming that at one time the dog did come when called. This by itself is not a sure sign that the dog is rabid, so don't jump to conclusions. She could just be trapped under something heavy.
2: Persistent growling, at everything, including fleas
3: She starts to answer to the name "Cujo" It may be a good idea to try this name out once a week or so, just to be sure. If she starts responding, look out.
4: Inability
to walk a straight line This also may be an indication that
she has a drinking problem.
